Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused.

If your return is accepted, the item must be sent as an insured parcel to the address provided at your own expense. Items returned to me without first registering a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions, you can contact me at email@example.com at any time.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
